I got Trojan horse on my computer 2 weeks ago and it kept changing my desktop back into this thing

just curious to know if anyone can tell what it is
looks like a penguin with sparkly eyes to me...

If it doesn't go away, turn off the computer. It might turn on again. Just don't let it win. If you have to, destroy it.

It looks more like a cat/kitten than a penguin. That picture definitely has to be a cat/kitten.
