Trichotillomania on top of depression and anxiety is the worst way to live. First off, depression makes you not care that you're half bald and that you keep getting more bald so you keep pulling out your hair. Secondly, anxiety makes you live in fear that someone is going to find out and spill the news. That they're gonna rip your hat off and see your condition and laugh and tell everyone. It happened once. I was at a birthday party and it was late at night. Most of the kids were hanging out in the tree house at the girl's house and I was leaning against one of the walls with an open window behind my head. Bad mistake. The kid ripped my hat off and yelled that I was bald. I cried for hours. It was terrible. And even though you try to make yourself stop pulling out your hair, you can't stop. You always have the urge to. Anxiety tells you to stop but depression doesn't care. It's a constant tug of war over control of my trichotillomania and it's an utter night mare.

Thank you for letting me share. I hope this doesn't change anyone's opinion about me.

I've never been stung by a bee before, and my mother was deathly allergic to them, so when I see a bee come near me and I don't notice it until it's on me, I will honestly have an anxiety attack and most likely faint because I do not want to die.
