There hasn't been one on FWG in ages, so this is just a friendly, bi-weekly competition to bring the forum back to life.

I'll give a word each week, and the entry that best encaptures that will win.

Anything is allowed, poems, stories, drawings, etc.

Please only post entries on here, or good comments about others (e.g, not just "wow that's good"). I'll delete them otherwise,for the sake of my sanity

Fairytales! (Ended - Noncon won!)

The 2nd theme is...
Music! Glastonbury is on, so anything to do with music, festivals, etc.

Once apon a time, in a little girl's head,
She was thinking of who she would wed.
A rich, handsome man
He could do anything and everything a man can.

She was in her greatest dream ever,
She thought this prince charming and her would be together.
This was true, of course, only in her thoughts
She was in reality, which had her caught.

Every night she'd pray and pray,
Praying to God that someday
These dreams could come true
And she could finally have any guy she wanted too.

She fell asleep, in her soft cozy bed,
While amazing characters filled up in her head.
She was a princess of the biggest kingdom on the ground!
All of her people would cheer for her and jump all around!

She wore a light blue dress, and sun woven cloak
Nothing was on fire, not even a smoke.
To this, she would never wish to rise,
She would always wanna go to sleep, or listen to lullaby's.

I may not always text you,
But our distance makes me miss you.
I may not always stay in touch,
But i care for you very much.
I may not always stop to say hi,
But i hope to never have to say goodbye.
I may not prove to be the perfect friend,
But i hope the friendship we share never reaches the end.

Just to add to this, we'll give the winner a free game voucher from big fish games.

One day,it was a monday,or tuesday,wensday,thursday,friday,saturday or sunday,i had gotten a rifle.There was a war happening and i decided to join as a sniper.
As i walked into the battle field,i was shot.I didnt know it was a musket bullet or a sniper's.

I got up and saw i was bleeding green blood and saw i was changing shape.
After a while i saw my gun changing too it became a gun that seemed to be infused with electicity.I ran into enemy lines and was being shot by grenades,well more like blown up with them.When i came from the cloud of dust i saw something pointy,large,and aimed at me,missiles.

When the thing came at me i saw that i jumped up in the air high enough to touch a cloud.Then after a big boom i land on a big mound.I kill all the soldiers and see that they have bomb.They set it off nd i relieze its a nuke and as i run it goes off.I soon see the light and i believe im dead but i awake in my bed in the middle of the night and relize it was a dream.

once apon a time, 2 kids were eating icecream.
Then a thunderstorm came.
they stayed out for a while and heres the story
they sat and ate until they were gone
"Lets go inside." one said
"Okay." the other said
Then they got up and stretched and 2 more icecream cones fell and hit their heads'OOOWWW' they both said
then a unicorn came from the icecream and said
"This is no normal storm its a unicorn storm."
'WWWOOOWWW!!!" they both said.
"Get inside or violent ones will get you." it said
"ok." they said
When they went in they layed down and thought
we can take on unicorns!
so they went and got equipment
axes and torches and chainsaws and a baseball bat
they went out and they found the violent unicorns
off went their heads
"WOOOOHHOOO!!" they cheered
they went and had fun with the rest of the unicorns for therest of the day

cinderella fell upona golden apple which was poisoned and died

THE END

Two little fishes swimming like a pack
One swam away and never looked back.
Poor little fish was swimming all alone
It couldn't go anywhere nowhere to roam.
While the fish was looking high and low
he found rainbows, wandering like a row.
While the fish played with the wandering rainbow,
It got very tired and slept real slow.
The fish realized it was all a dream
although it felt like sweet ice cream.
