I believe the answer to this should be given by FWG Leader, and/or Hito. Also, try finding a mod. These should help you out.

Only a person with access to the ACP(Administration Control Panel)can delete accounts,users and mods can't delete accounts.Only admins,so request your account deleted FWG Leader or Hitokiri.
Just some guy who used to come here a lot.
