So I updated my iPod to ios 5.0 and when it finished updating,it automatically restored itself,deleting all my data D:
Any idea if and how I can take it back?

lol. my stpe mom has one, and she complains coz it takes too much energy, and she has to recharge it every 3-5 hours if she listens to music non stop.

Apple is good , we love it, we respect it, but when it comes to backup...we lose it.
