Trouble with new names

On the rp room I can't register a new name it comes up saying

you can't register your name on this Cbox. Contact the owner for more information.

I also Am sharing this problem, but i asked a moderator, and they said that it's in the rules that it's one character per person because people like to flip-flop characters.

I was angered by this because it kept telling me that the name was already taken, and I'm sure a full Latin name was not taken...

At certain times in the day, registration is closed, for reasons as to not have people flooding the chat, also if a bad troll gets in, this is the only way to block them from coming back.

If you can't register, ask J3r, oophee, Frook, or myself to fix it.

at about eight british time i can almost always register a new name, because that's when I've individually created my characters
