I few people have said they are having trouble accessing the room. It keeps freezing/crashing after they click the 'Enter Now' button, a picture of a tree or tree-house comes up and that's it, nothing else happens.

Don't know if this is a fault or glitch or something, as I have never used this room before so I don't know what is meant to happen.
