Had an Atari, which I very faintly remember playing Frogger and Astroids on. Then we got a Nintendo 64, and my grandma had a Sega Genesis. My brothers got Gameboy Advance SPs, which one was passed down to me and the other my brother lOST AND IT WAS FREAKING BLUE, then I remember when the DS first came out and I wanted one so freaking bad and my bROTHER GOT ONE AND WOULDN'T LET ME BORROW IT OR ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH HE HAD NEVER WANTED ONE. I now own that DS, as well as a DS Lite. One of my brothers has a 3DSXL now as well, so good for him, never lets me borrow it. I remember when we got an Xbox for the first time, wow. We had begged and begged for one. My dad was so excited when they finally got one for Christmas he told us without my mom in the room and she was upset about it lol. Then came the Xbox 360, which we still own (very first Xbox still in the house as well, not played much anymore though). Also, every single one of us (me and my brothers) own PSPs thanks to Christmas presents. I used to beg for a Wii every Christmas after it came out, but we never got one. And the brother still living with me and my family is planning on getting an Xbox One now. Crazy how time flies and tech changes, huh? It all started with that simple Atari. Since then, video games have always been a part of my life.
I'm reminded that I should be getting over it.
