Ugh, crappy video quality. I can't tell what the kid is doing when the cops pull up. If you want to skip to that instance, skip to 6:55. That said, Tamir explicitly pulls out the gun and points it at individuals more than once prior to this instance.

Also things to consider; the 911 calls reported that the gun was fake, but the dispatcher failed to report that to the responding officers. What do you guys think?

hmmm I dont know what to make out of that

I think police should be using stun guns by default - at least there is a chance that if they do make a mistake they dont KILL a kid by accident.

"Two Cleveland police officers have been suspended after they were involved in the shooting of a 12 year old boy. Someone called the emergency services to report a boy on a swing pointing a gun at people, so two policemen turned up. Although the officers asked Tamir Rice to show his hands, he reached for his BB gun. One officer shot the boy twice and killed him. An orange plastic tab that showed the gun was fake had been removed."
