I may be using them interchangeably. Okay, lets change it to mental retardation (or handicaps). Same scenario: should an individual with Down's syndrome be sentenced to death for killing someone, when they are not fully in control of their actions? There is usually something wrong with an individual's mental state if they can ignore the most basic instinct of self-preservation.

This argument is over. There is no outcome.

P.S. Down's Syndrome you can control your actions.

That was pretty low. Ending the argument before throwing in one last sucker-punch to my evidence. As I said, anyone who can ignore their survival instincts aren't completely mentally stable. It doesn't matter what we call their irregularities.

i know how you feel.
usually i play a computer game. one i can win without much effort. nothing that will make me lose and then just get angry for sucking at that too.
play something like cod. you decide the fate of others livess, if you die its not forever and you complete tasks.
or a game where you run a city/own slaves.
its about power. you have definate control of one thing in your life and you will feel so much better.
other than that i play club music. it is designed to get you pumped and excited. work your way up to it or jump straight in.
another thing that helps me is talking to my best friend. shes amazingly good and listening to me.
and if all else fails or your not in the mood for it dont be afraid to just go lie in bed and cry it out. dont think youre too old or too manly. im 18 and i do it sometimes. and sure it might not be a typically masculine thing to do but whos going to see you.
you should also go see a dr. theyll evaluate you and maybe send you to a psychologist or even give you andti-depressents

True, I'm quite a masculine female xD But anyway, I don't cry much. I'm not crying person. But, sometimes I do, when I really have to. However, I've resorted to another way to 'fix' my problems. Probably not the smartest thing to resort, and definitely not the best, but it helps. Besides, my parents don't know how I feel, and they don't need to know. I don't really want to talk to a doctor or anything. I'm fine, there's nothing wrong with me, I just have a lot of stuff to deal with.

I'm reminded that I should be getting over it.
