The serious moderation debate

Everyone that isn't a mod wants to jump on a mods ass because they came across a time that a mod wasn't their to help them so they feel there isn't enough of us when in fact there are more of us then they could possibly comprehend. There will always be times when a mod isn't here in time to stop some wrong doing but a majority of us try our damnedest to keep it safe & enjoyable for the users at all times. I've been modding for something like 2 years now & yes the chat has had it's flaws like deleted posts that only disappear if a user leaves the room is pretty much pointless but a precaution none the less, Wish it would have deleted the message entirely when that mother decided to chew me out my 3rd month in because of vulgar posts lol. Every mod has a User that hates them because we banned them for something they did or we were firm with them or we've made it seem like we abused our power, & some have or do or will & I know there have been users that have had complaints about me in the past & a couple peeps have had concerns about what I may talk about but I know I'm doin my job right & have been for 2 years now only time I lost my colors was cause I asked for some time away because how things were being done & when I got back it was nothing but Glad to have you back or Good to see you again etc etc. Yes I'm firm with the users & most hate that but I keep it safe & fair & I dont think anyone could truly say different

Well, if you think a good job is banning me on site, than it depends on the mod. Sometimes I get banned, sometimes I don't. Some mods ban people for no reason. Half the time, there ISN'T a mod, so peoples get raped in chat.

Like today, some person named "Boobies" said: F***s cat
And thar wasn't a mod

We needs moar if them things or a report button.

A report button won't do sht. Even if we had one, we would have to wait for a moderator to come on to check it. It's not gonna instantly send them a text saying "Get on FWG.com cause some noob is spamming."

Lol I remember when I used to beg to be a mod! I was stuuuupid then haha. But now that my canine genes have been mutated, I'm extremely intelligent, and I realize that modship is something you EARN, not something you GAIN! Instead of BEGGING, why not just be an extremely good fwger, follow the rules, and see what happens? Ya never know who Teh Oink or Hito will choose!

I am not saying I would be better than the new moderators, I'm just saying that they should be more mature. And they should not ban people who don't break the rules.

16 year olds should be the moderators, not 13 year olds.

That's my opinion, if your's differs, that's fine.
