IM wondering what are the effects of this,and how to get rid of it.

It's caused by an inflammation of your nose tissue, or mucus blocking it all up.

anyway, there's not much you can do if you're simply ill with a cold/flu. Drink lots, take fever reducers and wait for it to go. Make up some lemony hot water (put about a cup of water to a cup of lemon juice) and just sniff it, should help. Eating alot of chillies will make your nose runny and usually clear it, you can get lots of things.

If it's a regular thing of course you should go to your doctors as it may be an allergy, foreign bodies, many things.

its Inflammation but im not sick ,ill try the lemon water ,but do i drink it?
