Are we headed towards nuclear war in the middle east with Iran and/or with North Korea?
what will the world be like afterwards?
Nuclear War
Re: Nuclear War
Let me see...
Nobody is stupid enough to start a nuclear war,or so i hope.
And should it happen, the world will have more 2 headed people.

Re: Nuclear War
Assassination in Iran...Yup! We are headed for one alright. Or at least when they get the bomb.
Re: Nuclear War
I think we have more to fear from the Iranians (bureaucracy and military). They're crazy enough to set off a nuclear weapon, and conflict with Iran seems inevitable. Still, as far as we know, Iran doesn't have any nuclear weapons yet.
I'm thinking a Post Nuclear War world wouldn't be too different from today, except that nuclear weapons would be used more often and the stigma associated with them would be lessened. Only a few countries will be gravely affected, as the country that launches them first (unless it is Russia or some other large nation) will only have a small amount of nukes and will be wiped out before they can fire too many.
Or I may just be too optimistic.

Re: Nuclear War
We should leave Iran alone. We've practically invaded their airspace to spy and cause tensions on what we THINK upon. Even if they do have nuclear weapons, many Iranian Government leaders had said that it is for peaceful purposes. And I trust them. Yes, in the past they have been up to no good, but has anyone ever thought that they are trying to change that image? Maybe it's for energy purposes like Argentina.
We've been patronizing and invading Iran's space and independence as a nation. the US should stop trying to know everything about everyone. They should only enter when the US is ACTUALLY threatened. We put the Iraqi people on a 9 year occupation because we SUSPECTED there were mass destruction weapons. Yes, Iraq had so many weapons right AFTER their war with Iran, that gave them heavy losses and economic downfall. Really? Yeah, i don't think a nation could have so many weapons after a war that had brought them so down in the ranks.
The US has to start leaving nations alone. If they are actually causing bad stuff, then it's okay to go ahead, step in, and try to make everything better. I don't like how the US had done most things in the past over suspected ideas. Stop getting into everyone's actions. Practically, everything a nation does that the US doesn't like, has to be known by the US. And American Leaders say they want peace, what the hell are they doing, causing crap in the Middle East?
And, I'm happy that the Iraqi government had made the US leave their land. Good for them that they are starting to make their own decisions. Even though some might be bad, as a nation, they must learn from their mistakes and that will make them grow stronger.
Now, what we should do, is leave them alone. The Middle East, and Africa, are all little kids, their young nations. When they want something, like a toy, or in reality land and resources, LET THEM FIGHT IT OUT. That will cause less problems and less death counts then there is right now. American and other UN nations forcing the Government of those nations to let us handle it when it just causes even more problems! Let the baby nations battle it out. Let them find top nations to rule the land, the winners. And then peace would eventually come. those two lands were cursed with constant fighting because of the British and other European territories, the province borders cut straight through ethnic divisions.
Just, other nations should leave them alone. Also, in the two lands, there are alliances, like, smaller UN. There's the African Community in Africa for economic support. You know, helping smaller nations get better economies. in the Middle East, the Arab League which is currently trying to bring peace in Syria. The nations are already growing up and becoming what the world wants them to be, but us coming in is destroying that possibility, and it's wrong. we should just stay out of it.

Re: Nuclear War
Well. A Certain person I know believes if we have a nuclear attack, the world will end.
Utter Chaos, Outbreaks, Ect. It will go to a complete madness. Needless to say, I too saw the news where they were talking about the American spying on Iran, and he is sentenced to death. That isnt saying we are going to have Nuclear wars. That's just saying now we need to watch our backs twice and hard because we might be being spyed on right now.
This isnt something to look forward to, and I have a friend that cried because they are so afriad of something happening. Its sad.
I doubt it will happen, but if it does, just be prepared I guess.

Re: Nuclear War
US will never set foot into iran
If they do,everyone will most likely take it as an invasion of the US into the east. Especially Europe/Russia.
Btw,what is it with all that war stuff? Do you still think you can go to wars etc?
You owe 14 thrillion. I dont think you can afford a picnic at the moment...
This whole talk about war is most likely to keep the US from watching out for "less serious things" such as tax increases, payroll cut-downs...
Same happened here in Greece. The whole country was talking about a war with Turkey, and when we realized it wasn't possible and everyone started minding their own business again, taxes had raised by 15%, and minimum payroll was no longer 900€,but 532€.
