Why do we Want to be able to fly?
Why do we Want to reach out of this world?
Why do we want to Know so much?
Do we want to become gods?
Do we want to Know everything?
Is it in the pursuit of knowledge?
Why Is this guy asking so many questions?
Why Doesn't He shut up already?
Why?

Actually we can, with proper equipment.
And 200 years ago the abilities to: fly, talk to someone at the other side of the world, set foot on the moon, colonize mars were not pnly obsurd, but also impossible.
Moral: all is possible, as time goes by.
There is no doubt that in 100 years from now we wont believe people were so far behind considering technology today.

Imagine, that we already have 3D films (since the 50s), we have planes that break the sound barrier 20 times… nothing is ever impossible

Because we can't, we want to. And we're a race of greedy little craps.

No. We're not greedy. It's not greedy to want to fly, to travel space, to do stuff we can't. If we achieve this goal by being greedy, like stealing money, or making a business and taking most of the profits for yourself, and not those who deserve it, THAT is greedy.

If a person and or group of others worked to achieve flight, weather it be to build a plane, or make a mechanical devise to wear on your back, and once done, all of them try it out and share your discovery, and achieve your desire, that isn't being greedy.

It all matters in how we achieve our goal, and what we do after.

Humans love to achieve things they thought they could never do before, and/or just plain out want to do it. It's a great trait that's in our DNA. Because of it, humans have done so much as a species.

Though, some achievements have a heavy consequence.
