There is a saying one person's joke is another person's downfall.
Thus meaning someone's prank is on someone being bullied.
Technically you could say it's some form of manslaughter... But no criminal charges will be brought from this, but I highley doubt that Australians will do this kind of thing in the future.

seriously, if someone gets so upset over something like this and decides to kill herself, then she'd probably have killed herself over a lot of things. That tells me she had serious issues. Sad that it happened, but no way can you blame the DJs for what happened.

Frook, do you even know what the DJ's even said to the nurse? It all matters what they said.

Really, because I think being INTERNATIONALY humiliated is pretty serious abd bad.

To my surprise the UK is now/still deciding wheather to press charges against the DJs and the company.

Killing yourself over a phone call is a ridiculous waste of a life. That type of reaction was a complete over reaction. That's like killing yourself for being trolled on the internet. Yeah, it could bring some embarrassing points, but to kill yourself is an extreme that is beyond reasonable. She could have just shrugged it off and reported them to the police, and that could have been the end of it. Instead, she kills herself, and these DJs end up being constantly attacked. It all could have been avoided had she just called the police about it.

I heard the recording of what the DJ's said. It was nothing to even fuss about. This nurse was just some over-dramatic moron who took the prank waaay to far and ended up killing herself and ruining a Radio show / getting the man and woman who did it in trouble.

To sum it all up; The nurse was over dramatic, oh well. We'll get over her sad, sad little death. ;)

it was stated by the family that the nurse had tried to kill herself on previous occasions and obviously had some mental health issues. The problem is not with the DJs, it is with people around her not recognising she was on a knifes edge for so long and on the verge of suicide at any time.
