my problem with this is with all our technology why can't we find something as big as a plane. ....

The Ocean is huge and deep. We know more about our Solar System then we do the Ocean. We haven't even mapped out 10% of the ocean floor last time I checked.

yea there is no actual proof it was hijacked, but that does seem the most likely outcome, sources say there are roughly more than 600 possible runways that it could have landed on, spanning from 20 or so countries, so there is a chance it might not have plunged into the sea

I was just being silly. I saw some patent out there about a black box that would eject itself from an airplane when underwater and rise to the surface. Pretty good, common sense idea.
