3 things.
1)First of all the movie was mostly stunts, not special effects that's why it got rated so highly, cause unlike CGI crapfests these days (eg avengers) this movie shows people how action movies are made.
2) this movie was so good that morons like that criticizing it can only get more people to watch it, which is good.
3) I'm quite sure that max going 1 v 6 on some chicks who(except furiosa) ADMIT IT were there for the eye candy alone and overpowering them, or that the death count on protagonist characters was like 10 women to 1 guy, does not make this film feminist.
This film is a normal action film with just a female lead as strong as a male lead.
Just because that's RARE in recent action movies does not mean that this film is feminist, its just normal.
If you want a feminist approach go watch alien series, sigourney weaver kicks some serious male and alien butt in those.


Also the MVP for me in that movie was the guitar guy. Best action movie I saw in the past 10 years, will look forward to next 2 sequels

Few points for me.

1: I loved both this film and the Avengers.

2: they are indeed morons. Through another source that I can't quite find again, it said that Clarey's opinions were set, not having even seen thus awesome film. He also called the Australian production a "corruption of an American classic." Or something along those lines.

3: two on six. Knux helped, those women were the whole damn plot of the film! If it wasn't fir them being taken from Immortal Joe (which by the way is the least threatening name ever.) then the film wouldn't exist.

4: I think the antagonist killcount is like 50 charred and exploded guys, 70 guys with their heads hollowed, and about 100 "WITNESS ME"s, exaggeration of course.

5: also Knux was my favourite, up Max, he was pretty soulless throughout the film, I know I haven't seen the previous films and he is more traumatised than a Nam vet so I see the reason.

6: To be fair, the many mothers were pretty badass too, older women who can handle themselves in a charred nuclear waste. And one of the wives got the assist on killing Immortal Joe.

I didn't characterize you as an anarchist devil. I don't think anywhere I stated you were an anarchist devil, nor did I get angry. I'm actually fond of anarchism and I often cite and applaud Nestor Mahkno's attempt at establishing an anarchist state in Free Territory Ukraine, which was rather successful and only collapsed due to the Soviet Red Army vastly outnumbering them and the White Russians being defeated.

Nice try attempting to victimize yourself, though. People of the majority tend to do that a lot.
