When you say Police State, you are saying that every police officer is living with the same ideals of "We're going to stomp on your rights and keep you oppressed in every way possible". You are trying to say that the minority's motives are that of the majority's. This is why so many groups of people like terrorists give their religion/race a bad rep. You are comparing the .1% to the 99.9%. Where is the logic in that? Bringing this back to police, you go to places like Detroit and Chicago and LA where gangs are common and drug trafficking is common and violence and crime rates are high, you will find that there is more deaths per capita that are caused by police. By saying this is "police brutality" all of the time is a completely ignorant statement because a lot of those deaths may be justified. What if those cops are being shot at? Is it justified for them to shoot back? I would shoot back if I were a cop...

By no means am I saying that there isn't police brutality, but again, it isn't fair to say that the minority is going to overpower what the majority has just because it's more popular to scream police brutality and police state. You can look around at so many police departments and they are helping the community and trying to make it safe and are trying to form a deep bond with its people.
LET'S GO HATTERS!!!

lol overdramatic much?
if millions died each year of AIDS, the disease would've been gone in about two weeks(if only it did).

Also, Toady, the war on drugs is a complete and utter failure. It was an obvious attempt to allow the government to have more control and power over society. Same with poverty. There is no valid reason why the most wealthiest nation in the world has the highest poverty rate than every other industrialized and westernized and modernized nation there is. Talking about the poverty and gang violence in the United States is pointless when you don't take in account the War on Drugs.

Not overdramatic, simply joking
If the war on drugs is a failure, imagine how a possible war on police would end up.

So I'm gonna draw a line here and ask you how to EFFICIENTLY stop police brutality.
Do share.
