See there's 33% of women on theological studies and 97% at preschools.
See those are two fields that apparently should have less than 10%, but they don't.
Also doctor jobs are 50-50.
What you can't deal with is that there are MANY women still today who don't care about salary and prefer doing what they love best, which APPARENTLY doesn't really earn money.
You deviated from point anyways so I take that I was right that its the women's fault that they earn less.
The points are spot on and you have to talk about "psychological stress" (by whom really? Most school teachers are female as well, they couldn't possibly be misogynists could they?) during childhood.
It never occurred to you that most women can't handle math the same as most men can't handle theoretical crap cause of the way their brains are structured? Sure there are exceptions but you can see how few there are.
Sorry but this is as clear as it gets, women don't like jobs that have high pays cause they can't live up to their standards.

these are the standards that are not set by women, remember. in the situation you're talking about, the standards are set by men. therefore, they can't live up to the male standards - because they are not one.

Well they can on most other fields and quite well at that, so why oh why do they lack when it comes to most engineering professions?
I mean since all jobs are created by the big bad male population why not make every job hard for women so they can stay home in the kitchen, the utter goal of every male cause they are as evil as Satan and wanna watch inequality and stuff.
Its the nature of women that's against engineering, as is the nature of males against teaching preschool kids.
Ones low paying the other extremely high paying, but so what?
Everyone is suited to something. So you want to just blame someone cause of those standards, ok, but when you say in 2014 that the world market is set by men's standards when most employees are literally the same, is just an excuse.
What exactly is it that's so different in engineering, the extreme workloads leasing to lack of social life? Well that applies to men too.
It is just the nature of the job, it needs math and guys are generally better at that because brain works like that.
Don't like it? Get born a guy next time.

What I like about that outdated article is that it doesn't specify what jobs the women actually pursued, it said education level but not occupation. I have a teacher at my school who went to oxford, he's still a probation high school teacher it doesn't say he gets huge sums of money.
