It isn't physically normal, but mentally nobody is the same as another person, thus you can't just call them not normal, for something they have no control over.

Your argument Noncon from what I have pieced together is that naturally society shuns that which is new. I would say there are few cases where society has been "Mislead". Being gay is something you have no control over. That is a fact, there is no debating that. Anybody that says otherwise is the one that has truely been mislead. I am a Christian, but I still believe gay people should be able to do as much as their straight counterparts. You shouldn't be shut out for something you can't control, be it skin color, sexual orientation, or anything else.

You can't compare being gay to serial killers. There is no gene that causes a person to become a raging killer when they hit a certain age, that is brought about by several psychological things that happen in a persons life. Sexual orientation is decided at birth.

This information points to the conclusion that being Gay is not transmitted through gene's. So odds are leaning closer from Psychological Orientation. ( As any Psychologist would tell you)
