Humans are not perfect. Some are mentally normal, while others are just plain odd. A part of the brain is messed up because something went wrong while they were in their mother's womb or something happened in their early childhood.
If the mother smoked, drank, took illegal drugs, or any other bad thing, those poisons and toxins go to the fetus and it causes damage maybe to the hand/arm, or to the brain.
In early childhood stages, anything can mess a person up. Abuse from their guardian, mother or father. If one of their neighbors or one of their relatives did sexual stuff with the child.
In my opinion, you're right Fuipui, nobody should do that to anybody under any circumstances; but you must also look at the facts and see why they had the urge to do it.
That's sad Fui, but in a way, you never know if that was the child's parent, and he was just checking to make sure his child was okay. You can't just judge a person because what they are doing seems wrong, you have to think of all the possibilities. Besides, like Conny said, some people are just plain wacko, like me.
