Aliens

Postby Shadow00 » 28 Dec 2011, 19:24

The white house agreed that there might be some alien form of life somewhere. If we take it that there have been no real seeing aliens or contact with them until the white house's statement, a statement that happened 2 weeks before the "Earth's twin" was released for the public, what do you think the aliens' TECHNOLOGY will be like?
I think it'll be in the stone age. Max.

I don't think aliens are real, but maybe a bacteria on Europa,Jupiter's moon. It's pretty much all liquid water,a sign of life. Aliens(if there are any) aren't going to have human like features, technology, and all that like they show in movies and on tv. If there are any, they will be like bacteria.

A powerful alien feature if they are bacteria, and if its possible to form in space, would be to improve as it goes quickly.say a virus like the bubonic plague that could be immune to drugs O.o .This was brought up to me when i played pandemic 2.If we try to stop it with an injection, and we possible fail, the plague would be able to wipe us out.The only way of survival i see would be to transport everyone into space and nuke earth. The will vaporize all living things on earth and destroy virus.

The Universe goes on and on, there are many different kinds of planets, and there's bound to be one similar to Earth, which was already found. We're not the only living life forms in the world.

how do you know, not in our galaxy? There's millions to billions of planets, and trillions of moons, which could have lifeforms too.

The planet similar to earth in which living organisms HAVE developed (trees, bacteria etc) is in the exact other side of our galaxy, where:
The planet, Kepler 22b, about 2.4 times wider than Earth, circles a star about 600 light years away, close by astronomical standards

not only are aliens real, but they exist everywhere. It is ludicrous to believe that what happened in our solar system cannot happen elsewhere. What is clear, is that the universe repeats processes again and again and again. We may be separated by hundred or thousands of light years, but there will surely be worlds everywhere filled with all kinds of beings.

People also say aliens have not visited the Earth, even if they exist, due to the huge distances separating solar systems and galaxies. This again lacks foresight. A more advanced species may have discovered ways of travel that we cannot fathom right now. We cannot rely on our current understanding of space and travel to rule out the ability to travel between stars quickly and easily.
