Coping with Cancer

I know someone in the UK doing a walk on hot coals in order to raise money for families dealing with cancer. Please donate if you get the chance. The link is:

Adding onto ghosts great idea of a topic, and on the same website, is Claire Squires.

Claire ran the London marathon on sunday, but tragically died 25 miles into the 26 mile race. She was running for the charity Samaritans, who offer a phone help service for anybody with any kind of problems - they are a helping hand and a shoulder to cry on. Please, even if you can't donate, pass this on - she died supporting a great cause.
