P.S What annoys me even more is when people compare England(Meaning the United Kingdom) with the United States of America. Just because our (main) parliment is in England does not mean we are all called England! We dont refer to the USA as Washington!

Everyone who I've ever met has never referred to the UK as England, and we only do when people talk about going to England, like, a specific city in England, for example, London.

I haven't met anyone who's called the UK, England, to refer to the whole country.
