Yes, and no. It should be expensive, since it's the only cure, and the only other methods of battling this disease are treatments that only prolong your death, but not this expensive.

They do have a right to profit, but 1,000 a pill is too much.

What is the cost of making the pill though? If its around 300$, I call legit.
And whatever, the pill didn't come out to cure hepatitis C for the whole world. I'm pretty sure we shall come to the same conclusion should a cure for cancer or AIDS be finalized.
