Psycho business owners.

Just incase you weren't watching fox sometime last year there was an episode of Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay starring a restaurant called Amy's Baking Company. This episode quickly became well known because it was the first time in the history of the show (Both US and UK) that Gordon Ramsay walked out on a business that he had realized he would be unable to save.
The show itself recieved a large amount of viewers due to issues that covered everything from abusing staff, abusing Customers, and down right not knowing how to cook.

In case you don't want to watch an hour long show Here is the list of where they went wrong
Sammy and Amy (Owners)
Argued, swore, and kicked out customers who disliked the food in anyway, and retaliated on those who stayed by burning food that was sent back because it was raw, making food too spicy if it didnt taste good to the customer (Which probably defeated the purpose of sending it back) and many times told them to never come back.
Sammy kept all waitstaff tips recieved during service, made the busboy wash his car during service, did not allow them to use the POS system, handle money, or serve wine.
Amy swore at her employees, freaked out and fired one during the show for asking a question when she was stressed, and accused all who did not agree with her of personally Attacking her.
They sold cakes that they claimed to make, and when confronted about the fact that they were purchased from Safeway responded that America was about reselling. Btw the cake was the only good thing about the show.
Now this didn't improve off screen either. Amy and Sammy felt that the only way to handle a Troll was to insult them, and when they realised that the entire internet was laughing at them lied that they had been hacked.

Now a year later Kitchen nightmares plans on returning to the scene of the insane freakout and revisit ABC.
