._. I feel as it's not meant to make you feel bad about yourself. Sure, we have become adapted to use technology constantly and such, but it's more toward guiding you to try and put down technology, at least for a while. Whenever I go out to eat, I avoid using my phone as much as possible, as I expect the people with me to do the same. (and if they don't I'll just mimic them to piss them off)

I get around this problem by not having an up to date phone, they are just for texting and phoning when you need to, when I am out, I am out to do something.
Also I thought it ironic that this video was posted on YouTube.

Very much the same goes for me, I'd be depressed, less creative, and probably have behavioural issues if I had no access to the Internet in the first place.
