Gov. Says No To Obamacare, Blames Obama for Uninsured Rates

So,the goal is to insure people and make sure everyone can get health care. Every other advanced country in the world has health care as a economic and fundamental right to their people, except the United States. Though Obama-care isn't the best plan, it's a good step to solve the huge rate of uninsured. So Gov. of Mississippi says no to the solution to bring uninsured rates in the state down, and when the uninsured rates continue to go up in the state, he blames Obama.

Are these really the leaders of our country? This is so sad.
