I have the same opinion as well,
I think it's ridiculous, charges pressed or not, to have the rape victim pay child support to the rapist for a child they didn't know about until years after the child is born, isn't right thing to do.

I'd have said he should, were it not for the rape. That's just stupid to even consider...

My question is, why take so long to ask for child support?
<-< Go ahead and ask for it for him when he's 14. I'm sure if a 14 year old did the same now with a mature woman, there would be consequences. So I suggest just placing the child in foster care and arresting them both if you find it illegal.
