Comedy is always subjective, I thought it was funny.

I was 100% Bernie Sanders until I read the part about labeling GMO and non-GMO food; that's a major pet peeve of mine. I am also assuming that the part about releasing those convicted of crimes involving marijuana only includes those who participated in non-violent crimes.

Bernie still seems far and away my favorite candidate.

i don't think we have actual proof yet that they're not harmful. i believe they are perfectly okay to eat, but i think if people want to eat gmo free food that's fine.
that was dramatic. still ready 2 die tho!

There has been overwhelming evidence that GMOs are NOT harmful (try 2000+ studies as of last year [http://www.forbes.com/sites/jonentine/2014/09/17/the-debate-about-gmo-safety-is-over-thanks-to-a-new-trillion-meal-study/]

I guess people can have the right to choose if their local government is composed of weak-minded or easily swayed politicians because that's democracy, it just pisses me off. It is similar to the gluten-free craze that is sweeping the nation, except gluten-free products should be marked because some people actually are harmed by gluten. The very act of demarcating what is and what is not composed of GMOs tells the mouth-breathing masses that something is inherently dangerous about GMOs.

I do like how Sanders wants to overhaul the college education (i.e make it free), but I haven't noticed where he intends to put the tax hikes that'll be necessary to make the change. I'm assuming he'll be wanting to shrink capital gains tax breaks (the breaks that mean that Warren Buffet pays a lower tax percentage than his secretary), but with all the benefit programs he wants to roll out, it'll take more than those and less military spending to fund everything.

Bernie Sanders is a good man, and he's right in his mind and the things he'll push for are things that will work and do so much good for the country, BUT

he's a darn revisionist. he's policies aren't going to solve capitalism it's just going to subdue and suppress the harsh affects the economic system has. He isn't going to remodel anything, he won't revamp anything, he'll just slightly reorganize and introduce some taxes, take away other taxes, spend money here and there to fix the bad, but he isn't revolutionary and he isn't a socialist at all.

he's a social democrat.

and as much social democrats are needed to safely transition from vulture capitalism to the free market to then the decentralization of the state and distribution of the wealth (communism he*ck yeah) he's just a dirty revisionist who kinda bothers me sometimes.

i am all for him because he'll be a nice step in socialism, but if the next thirty years we have bernie after bernie, it'll just turn into Scandinavia where they stopped with their leftism and kept social democracy as it is (which is gross)
