Non Peer Reviewed Study Suggests Women Are Better Coders?

There's a really big study going around that is suggesting that Women are better coders than Men. It has yet to be peer reviewed but so many big news outlets have been reporting it as if it is the true.
What is everyone's thoughts on this?

I saw this... from personal experience... and I do not want to appear sexist in any way, but all the chick programmers I had working for me flaked out... they needed a lot of help coding all the time and were not as good as the guys... but that may just be bad luck that we employed chicks who were not very good... but still...
