FBI tells Congress it has not changed conclusion on Clinton emails

That means Hillary Clinton will not face any charges relating to her use of a private email server during her time as Secretary of State.
It comes after the FBI reviewed a fresh batch of emails found on the laptop of top Clinton aide, Huma Abedin.
The emails were found during a separate FBI investigation into former Democrat congressman Anthony Weiner, who is Abedin's husband.
FBI director James Comey said in a letter to Congress an investigative team had worked around the clock to review the emails.
He said the FBI had not changed its conclusions relating to Mrs Clinton, and there was no reason to take the matter further.
