how bad do you think a crime should be for you to get the death sentence?

personally i think if you murder someone in cold blood it should be a life for a life

i agree but life ain't life which is poor its only 40 yrs but i reckon they should add on to life depending on wat they have done.

that and they should take away the option of parrol
if you do something that bad you should not be given the chance to do it again

Adultery
Plotted murder (NOT soldiers/self defence/revenge for murder handled poorly by the system)

The posted question didnt say it had to be doable.

It's hard enough getting the death penalty for physical murder not to talk about getting it for the murder of someone's spirit/trust. It'd involve a great deal of re-education to say the least.

Murder 1 should be Death. That's that.

There should be no death sentence. "a life for a life" is really f*cked up sounding because the people who kill the killer would have to die too. think about it.
