Rumor has it that caffenie can produce the same chronic effects as any other known stimulant on the planet, but it takes more than just a sip. Alcohol & Caffeine are neighbors in brain damage controls.
The more energy drinks, Soda, & Juice you consume, the worse the brain takes effects. Its only a matter of sips from alcohol before your whole blood stream is poisoned, and you are in grave danger of getting your stomach pumped. Rather as too much caffenie results in bad teeth, headaches, and a trip to a local doctor.
It can be so much more than that, right? Correct. The more your brain suffers from taking in too much sugars and caffeine, chronic long term effects catch up.
You may loose all your teeth & suffer from amnesia, or be put in a hospital. Some say that a seizure is caused from caffeine, and so are most heart attacks. Wrong. Caffeine will speed up, or slow down the heart rate, and the amount of blood being passed throughout your body. Next time, think twice about drinking more than 1 or 2 sodas a day.

But alcohol is classified as a depressant because is lowers activity in the central nervous system. The two have opposite effects. As a rule, stimulants increase the heart and respiration rate, as well as blood pressure, and depressants decrease them. But consuming large amounts of caffeine or sugar won't result in problems with your brain. Amnesia and hospitalization won't occur as a result. You do lose enamel on your teeth from drinking substances that aren't PH balanced (but nothing really is. The best way to prevent this without radically changing your lifestyle is through drinking through a straw). And you were right in saying that seizures and heart attacks are NOT a result of consuming too much caffeine. I also agree that substances associated with or like caffeine can possibly cause health problems. For example, constant high blood pressure can be deadly; it can damage the pumping mechanisms of the heart, possibly leading to cardiac arrest. Heavy users of the stimulant crack cocaine are at an increased risk of high blood pressure, so it is possible that there may be a relationship between the weaker stimulate caffeine and high blood pressure.
Hey kids, this sounds like a great science fair project. Comparing the blood pressure of heavy caffeine users and the blood pressure of others would yield some interesting results.
