A problem about the new FWGers

Postby Shadow00 » 09 Aug 2011, 10:15

A problem that has been going on for quite a while,is that most of us older fwgers knowing each other better refer to each other by a specific name(not username),or just talk on our very own way and many many other things. All this is causing the people that decide to join fwg at that moment to get too confused. In other words, this is sending most new fwgers away... Any suggestions?

Talk to each other using each others usernames until that person get familiar with people's names.

I've also noticed that people are ignoring the new people, which makes the want to leave even more. Be open and nice to the new people, tell the about FWG and the rules. Become their friend. Once the meet the lot of FWG they'll come back more and more.

& This Is Why You should Be A Sociallite.
Even If You Don't Want To Have A Legit Conversation With Them, The Least You Can Do Is Say Hi, & Ask How They Are, Or Ask About Their Day, Then They Will Feel The Urge To Stick Around More.

I used to be on Pokechat, once a person came on and said, "Hello! Im new here."

Then someone said, "Welcome to hell."

I don't think this should be acceptable.
