I remember this lagged the chat really bad, and lagg in RP is the worst thing ever.

I believe that only happened because people were spamming it over and over.
I don't think that would happen if people used it occasionally.

I agree with your agreement's agreement. It definitely gives that certain emphasis on words that can mostly only expressed vocally, and bold and/or italics will provide that needed "oomph."
