Hey ya'll, I really need opinions. Is this dress too fancy for a closing ceremony at a math camp (where I am right now) for just a certificate and some pictures? I'm kinda freaking out cause I only have 20 dollars and Ill need to buy a new dress at Forever 21 if this is too fancy in your guys' opinion. Please be honest ;n; I have little to no experience with dresses and ceremonies.

100% pretty. u go girl u go. and as a personal preference, i'd go with something that has more poof to it. i don't wear tight dresses unless they're maxi sooo.
