anger management

anger management

ok. i have the worst anger management problem (ok maybe not the worst). I need help on how to get rid of the anger without violence. I have already tried counting to ten with deep breaths but that makes me think and thinking when mad = madder. I really need help and fast. plz tell ideas!

find yourself a hobby, usually sports.
running, cycling, (soccer will only get you more aggression), karate, judo, boxing.

it depends on the person josh.
Some people need to release their anger through another "violent" but disciplined way.
Other prefer to use the energy to do something "non-violent".

I just gave some examples, and there are a million more option, but it's up to robin to choose depending on what his interest is.

Not me, when i am releasing anger, i puch somebody right in there gut, and idc who it is, that is why when i get mad, every1 is afraid of me, cuz i will end up hitting them anyways! :lol:
