I really have no talent, can't you see?
I can't rhyme for my life, nor can I stand against the other things...
But I still try, and this is my awful poem...

Drinking tea with god-knows-who

The smell of the barbecues
The shine off of leather shoes
The sun beating down on you

Ice cream stains on every shirt
Learning how not to get hurt
Chlorine is useless to you
Endless summer would be nice
But I miss the world on ice
So I'll go back to my world of winter
Someday I'll be warm again
Sipping tea with my best friends
Living for my hundred days of summer
