i lost 70 pounds due to depression and am happy bout that - i started working out for nice abs due to depression and slowly getting better now
every depression is easy to deal with if you face it - face it and fight it or if you cannot fight it just learn to live with it and try to do something new to achieve goals
the best thing you can do is: try to achieve big goals by splitting this big goal up into smaller steps and everytime you reach a step look back at the trail - smile and get back on the road to the next step
