Lukia, what you claimed was a limited power wand. that isn't specific or says that you are claiming magic. So technically you didn't claim magic. All you claimed was a wand with "limited" powers. Magic is still mine.

This is about the sbuject at hand. Shadow is correct. also, they can be powered by magic, depending on what you're basing it off of, second, they will always produce magical events, and Shadow claimed that before you did. A wand is a weapon, not a power. You can't claim a weapon and expect to own the power, sorry. That's just not how it works.
