That is why there are moderators in the chat.

Hito and FWG would have to get more moderators in different timezones to make sure the chat is looked at 24/7 for the 'trolls' and 'rule-breakers'.

Hito and Frank are getting new moderators. They're probally patrolling the chats to see who deserves it and who needs a little more time.
