Personally, I just think the concept is cool, but FWG should have a group of moderators that have blue names like everyone else, but are themselves moderators that nobody knows about. These moderators would be secret and nobody would know who they were, and would just kinda chill and chat. 95% of kiddos on here are afraid to talk and have fun around most mods, and once they see a greenie - if theyre doing something stupid - they typically stop and act normal.
These SWAT Mods would take care of the problem with short 10 second bans, or if its a large problem, normal ban sizes. Furthermore, a flagging function for in chat would be wonderful so SWAT or Normal mods who come online get a little popup of which users were flagged and for what reason (Stupidity is NOT a valid reason)

People who you think are qualified for being a moderator, just make them a mod but don't announce it or make it obvious or do so on the forums, keep it a secret. Don't do it to old moderators because people would know etc. I don't really know how to explain this xD

But, I think it is a good idea and the tiny extra "work" is not that much and the benefit that you guys would like is much more than the cost of effort.

This sounds like a good idea, but I'm not sure if it's possible to have two color schemes for the same group of people on the chat. Unless it was possible to create another group in the chat box, I can't see it other wise happening, but hell, what do I know now a days?
