the idea is that the physical body stas in the same state, but every night your soul suffers and dies for a new one to be reborn with the memories of the last one, but you just cant remember the pain and death so sleeping still seems like a good idea

that's why I suddenly remember things that I don't really think I did.... but the other sucker did.... so it's in my memories while I really didn't do it.... >.>
