If melatonin doesn't work, try exercising to the point of exhaustion. That worked for me.

Listen Listen! Lol. This is a true story xD Honest. And its about a dream I had. Ok: I had a dream that there was a disease going around my school called "P-X Syndrome" & It causes Bubbles to form on your face, and it kills your blood cells, takes over your heart, cuts off blood flow, send you into a coma, and you die almost instantly. Well, me and my bf went to school and their were all these kids walking around with this air tanks and they were told to use them to breathe because that was considered "Purified Air" because the disease was spread through the air. & everyone was dying.

IRL!: The Next day when I woke up, a bunch of kids had these dots on their face (no it wasnt a zit) lmao. But thats freaky no?! Dx. Stupid medications. OH! Yes! anyways.. Try taking medications or tell ur doc about insomnia.

Danny, I would suggest you consult a medic on this issue. Apart from that, I would suggest you increase your contact with water, (Try increasing the water intake), lie in a pool of water or a bathtub for half an hour or so and just relax without thinking about anything serious. Try and work more and get things in the very same day which would in fact consume energy and increase your need to sleep. Overall, do consult a doc, but it would be better to solve these sleep issues without drugs so that they dont affect you in the long run.
Things happen for a reason, I wish I knew these reasons.
