Herein I shall be sharing whatever advice I think to give. Now, this advice is awful in that I am the one advising it and listening to me is usually an awful idea; the advice itself is genuine and not sarcastic or malicious attempts at making you suffer indescribable pain.
That caveat is specially important to note with my first nugget of wisdom:
Got stubborn acne or worts? Got dry ice?
I think you know where I'm heading with this.
The process can go one of two ways. Before following them, read the warnings below the instructions.
Conservative Method:
1) Expose something metal to dry ice for 5 minutes. e.g: Bend out a paperclip to where it has one long protrusion, then put the protrusion in between pieces of the dry ice.
2) Using several layers of paper towels as a glove, a gardening glove, or some kind of protection, remove the piece of metal by gripping the unexposed portion of metal
3) Press cold end of metal on to exposed area several times for 3 seconds each, being careful to ONLY expose the zit to the metal.
Balls to the Wall Method:
Do the above but grab the actual chunk of dry ice and apply it directly to the affected area and leave the exposure times as long as you can take.
Warnings: Dry ice is damn cold. It WILL burn unprotected skin and it WILL hurt. In fact, you can end up burning your skin; it looks like big splotchy red marks that persist for 2 or 3 weeks. I have permanent, albeit light, scarring from where my skin came into contact with metal that was sitting in dry ice for several hours. So you will not want to attempt this on somewhere highly visible like your face. You will also not want to attempt this in areas that you cannot comfortably observe and easily reach. This is because precision is the most important quality you'll need to do this safely. As long as only the acne or wart is exposed to the cold, you'll keep the risk of burns to a minimum. This is why the conservative method is listed; using something skinny like the end of a paperclip makes it hard to miss the target area. The more risky method is listed because paperclips are not very good conductors of cold and may not do the trick. Using an actual chunk of dry ice is going to make it harder to be precise, and unless you can find a piece with a suitably small end on it, you're going to have a hard time explaining the rosatia on your arm.
The idea behind the advice: Cold kills tissue, including that of warts or zits. Doctors have been getting rid of warts with liquid nitrogen for decades. I was a dork and tried getting acne that was on the back of my neck. The acne died, but seeing as how I couldn't be anything close to precise, I also got a big burn. This advice is listed as a last resort for chronic acne sufferers.

Trying to cut calories? Consider mini-fasts! These consist of spacing out your meals to where you eat less often (e.g, eat dinner at 5 PM or breakfast at 11:00). According to some study I heard on NPR but am too lazy to find, it works well, with decreased appetite being one of the benefits. Being someone who thinks making a sandwich takes too much time, I can attest to the appetite suppression that comes with eating less often.

Oh yeah. I might bring that back.
Daily Salicylic acid face/body washes are your best friend when getting rid of acne.
