School Uniform

actually in our school we wear the uniforms and I'd rather like to wear the casuals but i also like the uniforms so i am FOR n also AGAINST it. [confused]

Well, I once attended a school at which we had to wear uniforms for our atire. Although I didn't appreciate the tight neck ties and itchy sleeves, I did find it to be appropriate considering when you wear uniforms, you aren't supporting different things. This doesn't point out who is goth, and Emo, and it doesn't express horrid rock band t-shirts and skinny jeans when everyone thinks they are better..it makes them equal.
But, Wearing uniforms deny's children individuality, no? A child can't show everyone who they really are. You can't express what you're into when you aren't in the off-beat atire, now can you?
Then Again, with uniforms, you can't single anyone out..
I believe I am in the middle. I'm staying neutral!

i am for and a against cause kids get bullied for what they were and against because its good to show emotion in clothing.

In Australia, all kids at any school are forced to wear uniforms. I personally like them, but they are an added expense for parents who must buy new, larger uniforms every year or two for their kids as they grow. Something that would not be easy if the parents have little money.

At least with uniforms, kids don't have to worry each day about what to wear or how cool they look.

in australia we have to wear uniforms at any school. the public schools pay for it for you of you are in financial difficulty. Its a good idea becuase then you dont know who is rich and who isnt and people dont get bullied if they dont wear expensive brand name clothes.
