Re: Turkey Slaughter Day Competiton - WIN $100
The turkey wandered to the farm
to get a little bit of yarn
With this, he wanted some fun
because fun is better than a gun
So with the yarn, he went
and hopped over the back fence
he made sure evil would never repent
For he didn't want to be mentally bent
During this adventurous hour
he found about 50 flowers
with speed, he ran with power
to get some chum and chowder
He ran through the center of town
and met a really strange clown
the clown made him a balloon cow
Taking the cow, the turkey went off now.
During this day
full of fun and dismay
he rushed to bed of hay
and fell asleep without delay.

You don't have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great.

May your stuffing be tasty,
May your turkey be plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
Have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious
And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs!
May your turkey be plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
Have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious
And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs!
"Everyone else gave up on you... but I saw what you could be!"

How to Upload, then Link, Photos
If you're having problems linking a picture, here's a quick tutorial.
I use photobucket because it's relatively simple and it's free, though there are probably other image sharing websites out there.
1) Go here: http://s1213.beta.photobucket.com/
2) Sign up
3) Click "Upload"
4) Save your image somewhere. I always save on the desktop because it's easy to find. To do this (for WIndows users), press File, then Save As, then the Desktop.
5) After you have uploaded the file, go to "Library" and press the gear icon of the photo you want to share. Press "Share Media."
6) Click "Links," then copy the URL you want to use. You can make your picture directly appear by first clicking the Img button here on FWG before pasting the link.
Hope this clears things up. If I'm at all unclear, send me a PM and I can help you in a more personalized manner.

gobble gobble gobble
the turkeys will say
and run they will run
on our thanksgiving day
real fast they will run
to try to get away
but they don't know yet
that they'll die today
so we'll grab all our guns
and our knives and our bags
so we can drag a bird home
right along our own tracks
and chase we will chase
right after these turkeys
until we catch just 1
still fresh and still squirming
soon we'll have 1 dead
in it's position it'll stay
and we'll get our turkeys on our thanksgiving day
so
gobble gobble gobble
the turkeys will say
and run they will run
on our thanksgiving day.
but wait...this isn't a turkey...this is a duck?
